For us at TEAM 42 photovoltaic means services for photovoltaic plants
on flat and pitched roofs in the industrial sector as well as on roofs with difficult access.

Approvals and certifications
TEAM 42 is a member of FISAT, the BG ETEM and the Bundesverband WindEnergie e.V. Our industrial climbers are trained and skilled craftsmen and are additionally qualified by training as height workers or industrial climbers with IRATA or FISAT certificates. They are ideally suited for operations at great heights or depths and have been certified by Power Climber since 2022.

Fundamentals
Health, safety and environmental protection are among our fundamental concerns. They are our top priority.
Goals
We are convinced that injuries to people and damage to the environment are basically avoidable. By introducing health, safety and environmental standards, we are pursuing the goal of maintaining our accident and loss ratios at “zero” on a sustained basis.
Responsibility
All employees and subcontractors of our company are directly and fully responsible for the implementation of our health, safety and environmental policy in their respective areas of responsibility. In addition, we expect each of our employees to address unsafe behavior directly and to accept their personal responsibility for safe work, for adherence to the rules and prescribed working practices applicable in the company. We expect the proper application of the necessary protective measures, participation in the necessary further training measures and active involvement in maintaining and expanding secure jobs.
System
Our EHS system is based on the relevant legal and industry standards. For the relevant processes, potential sources of danger are analyzed and documented as part of a risk assessment, and meaningful strategies and measures are derived from this in order to reliably prevent damage to people, plants or the environment. Our employees and subcontractors are systematically and regularly trained in the application of the measures for danger prevention. They are equipped with the necessary protective equipment and regularly trained for its use. The implementation of the measures is regularly monitored and documented.
Deviations
All accidents and unsafe behavior / situations are systematically analyzed and documented. Findings from this are directly incorporated into the relevant measures in the sense of a continuous system improvement. Employees and subcontractors who violate our health, safety and environmental policy must expect appropriate measures.
